BNI Western PA: Education Coordinator
The Education Coordinator plays a key role in educating chapter members, visitors, and guests on BNI networking topics. The responsibilities listed below outline what a successful Education Coordinator will do in conjunction with the Chapter Officers:
- Being familiar with all resources available to members for BNI related topics. Sources include, but are not limited to, BNI Podcasts and BNI Academy
- Materials developed and produced by other BNI regions should not be presented to the chapter until reviewed with and approved by the Senior Director Consultant
- Preparing and delivering (or delegating) a three to five minute Networking Education Moment directly related to BNI topics. Topics may include, but are not limited to, improving networking skills, BNI Policies and best practices, goals, and recognizing an individual member's success.
- Communicating with Chapter Officers regarding upcoming Networking Education Moments to support efforts to improve the overall skills of the chapter.
- Attending Chapter Success Meetings as needed.
- Promoting a culture of Lifelong Learning.
