The Growth Coordinator role is a newly created position with the BNI Western PA Leadership Team structure. This role is designed to support and accelerate chapter growth in a focused and strategic way. Unlike the Community Builder within the Membership Committee, the Growth Coordinator is dedicated to being familiar with and promoting a full range of growth mechanisms and opportunities available to chapters and members. These mechanisms range from visitor generation strategies, regional incentives, and chapter growth campaigns.
This role works closely with the chapter leadership to plan and support a wide range of mechanism-plus-events that attract quality visitors and drive membership expansion. This will ensure that growth is intentional, consistent, and aligned with BNI's proven systems.
The events planned by the Growth Coordinator are not social events that promote chapter unity. Those types of events will be organized and managed by another newly created role within the Leadership Team called the Events Coordinator.
